I made up this recipe for onion pan-fried pork chops one day because I wanted something different than the same old pan-fried pork chops (that is how my husband asked me to cook them that day). So I made this up real fast, and boy did he love them. Now he asks for them every time. I do this with boneless and bone-in pork chops. I made this while camping. It was a break at camp when nobody was there, so I picked up some worms at the trading post and went off to fish down at the lake. I caught 12 bass with the help of my dad, who came down there after he played guitar at the trading post. Instead of making the pizza dough from scratch, I decided to use naan bread for the pizza base. Using naan bread saves time and is also great for portion control. I don't like the sogginess that comes from the sauce but feel free to try it with the sauce, as it will still yield good results.
